Over Memorial Day weekend, John and I headed 6 hours north to Mammoth Lakes to camp and go skiing. We stayed at Convict Lake (don't worry it's not what it sounds like), a cute campground resort with a lake, creek, country store, and bathrooms (it's the little things that make us happy). We went backcountry skinning and snowboarding in the mountains, did some fishing, some smore making, and just enjoying the outdoors.
The pups were thoroughly pooped out after being outdoors and running after us all day.
John absolutely loved fishing. We fished both days and we both caught some!
The dogs absolutely loved the snow, but laid down whenever they had a chance.
This coyote kept an eye on us for several hours. Good thing the dogs were oblivious!
John and I riding down with Jasper on our tail. We had to keep stopping because he would end up running on the back of our boards!
Here's us at the top on the 2nd day.
Both days we went splitboarding in the backcountry with all of the pups.

I'm jealous of the trip, but love to watch vicariously. Hope all is well in the Flip world.
