Our last vacation was to the beautiful island of Kauai!!  We absolutely loved it....one road around the entire island (and not over 55 mph), gorgeous scenery, and the best backpacking (we did the Hanalei trail)!  Of course as always, we didn't stop moving the entire time....went swimming in waterfalls, helicopter tour of the island, snorkeling, backpacking for 3 days, and partying at a luau.  We had so much fun, it was hard to come back. We hope to head back as soon as we can, hint hint Lise and Matt.

 

Last January we headed to Lake Tahoe and had an awesome time on the slopes.  I learned a lot with John's help and now hopefully this year we will hit it even harder.   Look for more pics in the upcoming months because we plan on doing lots of boarding this year!
